Pre scouting allowed for us to tie down the scope of work, share the costs between multiple clients, and address that the landscaping was not going to be complete at the time of our photo shoot. We were able to budget extra time in photoshop to add the grass in the landscaping for our final illustrations. Good clean days, excellent weather provides for success.
